Originally constructed in 1935, the front building was thoughtfully remodeled to create a highly desirable ground-floor tenant space on Abbot Kinney Boulevard—one of Southern California’s most iconic retail corridors. Expansive storefront glazing floods the interior with natural light, while two separate entries offer flexibility to accommodate either a single occupant or multiple tenants. The ground-floor façade is clad in vertical wood planks, subtly referencing the materiality and scale of the preserved Craftsman bungalow at the rear.
