1210 Las Lomas Place is a ground-up spec home and fire rebuild in Pacific Palisades, developed in collaboration with Westward Homes. The design will emphasize clarity in plan, strong indoor–outdoor connections, and a refined architectural language grounded in material honesty, resilience, and a thoughtful response to site.
